Tharsis Teoh works for the Transport and Mobility Department of Panteia, specializing in the field of urban mobility and freight, particularly in the European context. Besides his work at Panteia, he works part time at the Technical University of Delft to develop an entry-level course on city logistics together with partners from the Kyoto, Melbourne, Gothenburg, London, and the Hague.

Previously he carried out research on the suitability of electric vehicles for urban freight transport in Singapore, in TUM CREATE, Singapore, and submitted his PhD dissertation on the same topic to the Technical University of Munich.

His work at Panteia, currently focuses on the use of business modelling techniques to enhance the implementation of urban freight transport solutions. However, he is quite familiar with transport modelling.
