Koen Maas works as a policy researcher at Panteia on the themes of education, the labour market and culture. Koen contributes to research for various ministries, municipalities, educational institutions and sector organisations. In addition, he regularly participates in international research projects for the European Commission.
Koen has experience with literature research, semi-structured interviews and various analysis methods (both qualitative and quantitative).
Before joining Panteia as a researcher in 2019, he had been working as a trainee at Panteia for two six month periods. After his bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration (2017, University of Amsterdam) Koen obtained his master's degree in Behavioral Economics and Game Theory (2019, University of Amsterdam).
