Ivo Hindriks is a researcher/consultant at the department of Transport & Mobility and working for Panteia since 2018.

For Panteia, Ivo has been working on a variety of research and consultancy projects for international organisations (European Commission, OIC, FEHRL), national governments (ministries, provinces and municipalities) and governmental organisations. He is involved with the corridor studies for the Trans-European Transport Network (TEN-T), reports on future sustainable freight transport in the province of Flevoland and assessed the application of Big Data in the European transport sector. Ivo has experience with project management, data collection, data analysis and report writing.

Ivo graduated with distinction from the University of Nijmegen with a master degree in Human Geography. Previously he completed his bachelor in Groningen and wrote his thesis during an internship in Berlin. As a human geographer, he can draw on a vast amount of knowledge about the spatial behaviour of humans and organizations, with a specific interest for mobility policy and geo-informatics.
